Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Sinag YTAutomation ("the app"), a desktop application that makes short video clips and publishes them to TikTok and YouTube accounts you connect. By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. What the app does
The app runs on your own computer. It cuts clips from videos you provide, adds captions, and, when you queue a clip, uploads it to the TikTok or YouTube account you choose, at the time you schedule. It uses the official TikTok and YouTube (Google) APIs and sign-in.
2. Your content and rights
- You only upload content you own or have permission to use, including the video, audio and music.
- You are responsible for what you publish, including captions and hashtags.
- You keep all rights to your content. The app does not claim any ownership of it.
3. Platform rules
Your use of TikTok and YouTube through the app must follow their own terms and guidelines, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines and the YouTube Terms of Service. By connecting a YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You must disclose AI-generated or altered content where a platform requires it.
4. Acceptable use and the law
Use the app only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to:
- post content that infringes copyright or other rights, or that you have no permission to use;
- post content that is false, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that targets or exploits children;
- send spam or mass-produced repetitive content, or impersonate a person or brand;
- access, or try to access, any account, system or data without permission, or get around a platform's security or limits.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including cybercrime and online content laws such as the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes and the Philippines Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175).
5. Accounts and access
You connect accounts through each platform's own sign-in, and you can disconnect them in the app's settings or revoke access in your TikTok or Google account settings at any time.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that uploads will succeed, that a platform will accept or keep a post, or that a post will reach any number of viewers. Platforms set their own limits and can change them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost content, or actions a platform takes on your account.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
