Privacy Policy

Sinag YTAutomation ("the app") is a desktop application that runs on the user's own computer. This policy explains what data it uses and why. The app has no server of its own: data stays on the computer where the app is installed, except what is sent to TikTok and YouTube to publish your clips.

1. Data we access

• TikTok (through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API): your account's open ID, display name and profile picture, and access tokens, so the app can show which account is connected and upload the videos you queue. Scopes: user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish.
• YouTube (through Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API): your channel ID, channel name and thumbnail, and access tokens, so the app can upload the videos you queue. Scopes: youtube.upload, youtube.readonly.
• Your videos and captions: the clips you make and the text you write for them.

2. How we use it

Only to show your connected accounts in the app and to upload the clips you choose, with the captions and settings you choose, at the times you schedule. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or training AI models, and we do not read your messages, followers, comments or analytics.

3. Where it is stored

Account details and tokens are stored only on your computer, in the app's local database, with the tokens encrypted. Videos stay in the app's folder on your computer until you delete them.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. The only transfers are the uploads you request, sent directly to TikTok or YouTube. Clip transcripts may be sent to an AI service you configure (such as Groq) to suggest clip moments; no account data or tokens are sent with them.

5. Google user data

Sinag YTAutomation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app uses YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google account's security settings.

6. Deleting your data

Disconnect an account in the app's Settings to delete its tokens and details from your computer. You can also revoke access in TikTok (Settings → Security → Apps and services) or in your Google account. Deleting a clip in the app's Library removes the file.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, and withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting your account. We respond within 30 days. These rights follow the data protection laws that apply to you, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and, for people in the EU or UK, the GDPR. 8. Retention and security

Account tokens are kept only while an account is connected and are deleted when you disconnect it. Tokens are encrypted at rest, the app only listens on your own computer (127.0.0.1), and connections to TikTok and Google use HTTPS. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

9. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and is not meant to be used by them.

10. Website

This website uses no cookies, analytics, tracking or third-party scripts, and loads nothing from other sites. It is hosted on GitHub Pages.

11. Changes and contact
